Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Return Process

  • Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product).
  • If paid using COD or similar methods, refunds may be issued as store credit based on store settings.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost after verification.
