Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Return Process
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product).
- If paid using COD or similar methods, refunds may be issued as store credit based on store settings.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost after verification.
